If you have lost your password please try resetting it.

That will ask you to enter your registered email address and will send you an email that allows you to choose a new password.

Usernames on our site normally take the form of either:

• firstname.lastname (e.g. elton.john)
• your email address (e.g. elton@playlistforlife.org.uk)

If neither of those work then use our Password Reset system to get a reminder of your username. Just click the login button then click on the ‘Lost Your Password’ link and enter the email address that you used to register. 

Some lessons have quizzes at the foot of the page. In those lessons you need to successfully complete the quiz before you can proceed. If you have not yet passed the quiz, please try again. 

To progress past other pages you have to click on the button at the bottom marked ‘Flag as complete’ so indicate that you have completed that page. That will then be recorded on your learning record. 

You have to get all questions in a quiz correct before moving on to the next section.

If you have not managed that please try again. You can have as many goes as you need to successfully complete a quiz.

Remember, some questions have multiple correct answers so if you haven’t got a questions correct look over all the options and decide whether more than one is correct.

Once you have completed the course you’ll be able to find your certificate in two places: 

It will appear in your My Profile page opposite the title of any course you have completed. 

It will also be visible on the main course page directly above the title of the course. Just click the button labelled ‘Download Certificate’ to download it. 

As long as you need!

Now that you’ve been registered you can access the course for as long as we continue to offer it. 

So once you’ve completed it you can come back whenever you like to remind yourself of a topic.
