Our Train the Trainer course is tailored for the needs of larger organisations.
We’ll work with you to understand what you do as we train and accredit a member of your staff as a Playlist for Life accredited trainer. Having one fully accredited member of your team provides them with the skills and knowledge to deliver training in-house to all staff within your organisation. This is a cost-effective and efficient way of keeping your Playlist for Life project going as new staff join your organisation.
Then we’ll give you ongoing support and a license to use – and adapt – our popular range of printed and online resources to train staff throughout your organisation.

Training can be delivered online or face to face. There will be additional costs for face to face delivery.
Teams who are trained by your Playlist for Life accredited Trainer can apply to become a Playlist for Life ‘Certified Establishment’. Certified Establishments are awarded a plaque to display publicly, demonstrating to all visitors that they are using Playlist for Life as part of their care package.

Face-to-face or live webinar training, tailored to the needs of your organisation and their own level or training experience and skills. The training covers our Embedding Personal Playlists into Care – Certified Course as well as in-depth preparation on how to train people to make the best use of playlists
Full leadership access to the Playlist for Life online training platform for the Accredited Trainer within your organisation. Trainers can add up to 1000 staff members to our eLearning course and monitor their progress
The eLearning course, worth £30 per trainee, includes 8 x interactive online lessons for staff to work through at their own pace containing video interviews with experts, inspiring case studies demonstrating the benefits of playlists, and quizzes to reinforce their learning.
Trainers will be awarded an accreditation certificate
Two years of full licensing to use all of Playlist for Life’s resources*
An initial box of training manuals and playlist materials for staff to use as they work with residents / patients
Detailed support as you plan your playlist roll-out. Ongoing help and input from Playlist for Life’s staff
Opportunities to join meetings with our network of trainees across the UK to share best practice
Two teams, trained by your accredited trainer can become Playlist for Life Certified Establishments and received a plaque free of charge**.
Discounted certification plaques for every additional home achieving certified establishment status
*After 2 years, if you want to continue to deliver Playlist for Life training to more teams you can choose to renew your Playlist for Life Trainer license at cost.
**Established Organisations remain on the Register of Playlist for Life Certified Establishments for two years. After two years, organisations can renew their Playlist for Life certification at cost and access to workbooks, e-Learning and support.
